The KRB Learning Advantage Program
The KRB Learning Advantage Program provides each student in Years 7–12 with an individual laptop which is distributed to students as part of their schooling.
This program aims to maximise learning by providing students with ready access to technology for educational purposes both on and off campus.
The lease cycle for the notebook computer is three years, providing students with fresh, up-to-date technology including:
- A lightweight, full-featured notebook computer with all the latest software linked to the KRB curriculum.
- These laptops are covered by warranty and have three accidental damage repairs for the life of the laptop. During the time of the repair, a replacement laptop will be provided.
- Onsite servicing.
- Information sessions for students are held each year prior to the distribution of the notebook computers. These sessions cover familiarisation with the notebook computer, how to care for it, and how to use it as a tool to maximise learning.
